My proposal goes beyond recovering these icons of anonymous lettering that are part of the identity and memory of the 60s and 80s community, with a pop of character to intervene and convert them into a work of art.
Carlos Vivar

Carlos Vivar was born in Mexico City in 1964. The son of a surgeon and a psychologist, and the second of three siblings, he knew from an early age that he wanted to be a painter. His schoolbooks and notebooks were testimony to that.
Regardless of the subject they would depict in pencil or fountain pen, an array of characters, places and imaginary animals. Later in life he went onto study graphic design in Mexico City and then a master’s degree in graphic art in Milan, Italy.

She is a Mexican artist, born in Monterrey, Nuevo León in 1989.
At her young age, she is now considered an influencer in the art world. She earned her own degree in Studio Arts from San Diego State University, studied art at Escola Massana in Barcelona, and recently earned her degree in Psychology of Art from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
