Vicky Sidauy

My pictorial reflection is firm, integral, and emotional. My passion for painting arises from an early age. A great influence for my artistic development was my mother, the sculptor Mily Sidauy (RIP). I studied with Master Ramiro Romo (RIP), muralist painter. At Casa Lam I studied with masters José Luis Cuevas and Arturo Rivera.

At Universidad Iberoamericana I took diverse workshops and programs. I perfected my techniques with master Mercedes Arellano. Currently I work in my workshop developing new techniques of expression. Since 1997 I have participated in different exhibitions, in Mexico City and other cities around the country, using a pictorial language as an expression of my emotions, discovering the passion, texture, fullness and emptiness.
